How should I prepare for a spray tan?

Exfoliate and shave 24 hours prior to appointment and avoid lotion, deodorant, oils, and makeup day of.

Is there micro-needling downtime?

Most clients experience redness for 24-72 hours. Mild flaking and sensitivity is normal.

How do I prepare for a chemical peel or micro-needle?

Avoid retinols, exfoliants, waxing, and active ingredients for 3-5 days prior to service.

How long should my hair be before a waxing service?

About 1/4 of an inch long. Avoid exfoliating and sun exposure 24 hours before service.

What payment methods do we accept?

Cash, check, debit card, credit card - amex, visa, mastercard - gift card.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Check in 5-10 minutes before your appointment start time if you already have an intake form on file. If this is your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time to allow time for paperwork.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your treatment time is very important to DermUs and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling of all appointments. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. As a courtesy, we will text you to confirm your service appointments before your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

In store return policy

If you are not satisfied with products purchased a full refund will be issued if the product is returned unused within 7 days, used products will be issued store credit. Beyond 7 days refunds are not granted.
